The flat is on the lower ground floor separate from the rest of the family home, and has two double rooms (one taken), own bathroom, utility room with own washing machine and freezer.
Shared kitchen (with one other flatmate) located on ground floor, plus family will require access to garden through kitchen.
Bills NOT included. Previous flatmates have found bills to be in the region of £60 pcm - gas, electricity and water paid directly to utility companies, contribution to council tax (a further £40 pcm) direct to landlord.
We would prefer someone to stay at least 6 months, and longer if everyone is happy.
