I have a lovely double room (furnished) to rent in a cosy victorian home with myself and two cats. The room has a double bed, bed-side tables, chest of draws and wardrobe. It is set at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
You have full use of the kitchen and living room, and I would hope you treat this as a home. So looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy, enjoys the odd glass of wine but also likes their own space too.
It's 1 minute from Brighton station. 5 mins from Seven Dials cafes, pubs and restaurants, and 10 mins walk to the town centre, sea front and main supermarkets (Sainsburys/Aldi).
I'm also happy to rent the room on a weekly basis at £155 per week. With at £155 deposit.
