We have a double bedroom (twin bed) £550 pcm (bills incl.), in a family home. Wi-fi, washing machine (no dryer), free on road parking.
The room is on the 2nd floor of a five bedroom house, and you would be sharing the bathroom with another lodger from a single room.
We looking for a non smoker, considerate person. The bedroom is available from 15th april for a short term rent at the moment, as I have a family member for summer time.
The house is near Queens park in Freshfield road.
We have a dog.
