family of 3 and we live on
the upper floors of the house. It is a beautiful traditional house with high ceilings and original cornicing. Our home is situated in the Roundhill area of Brighton which is just 15 minutes from the city centre and brighton mainline train station. The Roundhill area is close to Lewes Road and all it's major bus routes and just 10 minutes from Brighton university and London Road shops. Just 10 minutes walk to London road train station.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished as you require. The rent is 650 PCM including all bills and all mod cons - internet wifi, TV licence, washing machine, dryer etc. and shower room.
