I have a 12ftx12ft double bedroom (furnished with 4'6'' mattress with bedstand, beside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe) available to rent in a large, two-bedroom maisonette next to London Road Station. The room will be available from 01/04/2015.

The downstairs is an open-plan kitchen / living room that measures 24ft x 15ft and leads out to a small patio garden. There is a comfortable, three-piece suite in the living space and a 40in HDTV. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space and most utensils available e. g. plates, cutlery etc. All windows are double-glazed.

All bills to include council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband internet & TV licence.

I am 31 and I work Monday to Friday at odd hours March-August but pretty standard hours September to February (I am an ecologist so my work is varied throughout the survey season). I like a quiet / relaxed environment during the week during the week, less so as weekends. I would however be understanding of your needs either way!
