Student room in Brighton area available for 1 term

A lovely 6 bedroom student house in Moulsecoomb, between Sussex University Campus and Brighton. Great transport links with Moulsecoomb station 5 minutes away and bus routes just around the corner. The 5 other occupants are extremely friendly and fun and enjoy going out and being social as well as working hard. A tenant is wanted to live in for the first term of the academic year July to December 2013 while one of the current tenants is away on a term abroad in Australia. A potential flatmate should expect both fun and quiet times around the house and is also expected to chip in with their fair share of all the house work and duties. The house is fully furnished with 6 rooms, 2 toilets and 2 showers, a kitchen, lounge room and back garden as well as bike storage and washing machine. Would be preferred if new housemate was a student, perhaps also doing a term abroad or something similar, so they can share the similar interests and ideas of student life. Bills are an added £40 a month and the money is well worth it as the house is great, in a great location and has lovely landlords. Would be preferred if the full 6 months rent could be payed in advance, as well as a security deposit, although an amount hasn't been decided yet.
