The rooms are furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. The house is modern and is only 5 min walk from the Brighton train station or shopping area.
Rents are £675 pcm for the large one and £480pcm for the smaller one. The bills are not included. And paid by the tenants themselves
Please note: If you are a student, it is likely that we would be asking for 6 months rent ahead and you will still have to pay council tax together with the housemates.
