Small double in friendly house share.

I'm lauren, 24, teacher. I live with Stace, 27, Teacher and Eirin, 22, soon-to-be teacher!
We have a spare room available in our lovely house. You would ideally be a professional who could split the council tax bill have would have similar working hours as ourselves (mon-fri 8-6) but an older student would be fine.

Our house has:
*two toilets
*separate bathroom
*spacious living room
*washing machine
*dishwasher
*balcony
*garden
*driveway
*free on-street parking

The house is just off Wilson avenue, close to regular bus routes to town, marina and gorgeous east Brighton park. Free on street parking and there is a driveway too which is useable but steep and none of us have been brave enough to attempt that hill start!

We are all easy-going, friendly and fun!

The available room is (quite) small double room (9x9ft)and is £400 per month plus bills. We have a spacious living room and additional storage- under stairs, above stairs and loft. If you were interested and found the room was too small for your liking there could be some arrangement that you had priority for the additional storage areas?

Bills are split equally. Council tax is £50 per month each, gas&electric comes to around 40 each a month(slightly more in winter). Water is billed quarterly and our last bill worked out at 70 each for the quarter and Broadband is available- virgin wifi at a cost of £5 per month.

We would want a deposit of £400 and would expect a months notice of leaving.
