Housemate wanted asap in a 3 bed house

3rd housemate wanted in a large house on Queens Park road in Brighton. The room itself is on the 2nd floor and is a double room. The house is fully furnished, and the room has a wardrobe, bedside table, book case and chest of drawers. The double bed can be bought off me. If you have other furniture I'm sure we could fit it in!

The house is on 3 floors, top floor has 2 bedrooms, 1st floor has 1 room and bathroom which is huge with a shower and bath, and the bottom floor has a large kitchen and reasonable sized lounge. There is a back garden too.

The room is available from the 9th or 10th February and can be viewed at any time. The rent is £400 per month, and bills are very cheap. If a couple wanted to rent the room the rent would go up to £450. There is free parking on the road.

Buses run in and out of the city centre every 10 minutes, and there are bus stops doted all along the road, the closest being about a 2 minute walk. Buses to the train station go from Elm Grove which is a 3 minute walk away. Similarly buses to both universities go from the same places. I personally walk to work daily and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Brighton train station, and 25 into the city centre.

All housemates are easy going and enjoy a mixture of things both inside and out of the house. We would love to have a housemate/s with some similar interests who is as easy to live with as we are.

There is also a 2nd room available in the house - another double which is £435. 00 per month.
