Spacious double room in friendly house with Garden

Hi,
I'm looking for a newhousemates for the next 5 months for a fantastic house share! Available now.

The house is really spacious with a great garden for sunbathing - when the sun comes! Both rooms are doubles and fully furnished.

- Great location, a 5 minute walk to Lewes Road Sainsbury's, has FREE parking and the bus stop is just a minute away. It takes me 10 mins to cycle to Brighton pier.
- looking for pet friendly, gay friendly flat mates who are looking for somewhere to call home. I have a well trained Bunny and sometimes a little dog. Unfortunately this means no other dogs though.
- Sharing with 1 professional, friendly female and 1 other.
- I'm in my early 30's and like chilling out and cooking at home, hobbies - outdoorsy, cycling, swimming, yoga, arts and music. It would be great if you are in your 30's or 25 plus as age is an indicator but also just a number!
- I don't mind if your male or female etc but as we are currently 2 women a guy might be a good balance.
- House has shower, bath, washing , machine, tv etc

Great price - just £100 per week including ALL bills plus £400 deposit.
