Double Room in shared house - Very Central

Big double bedroom available in Brighton. I've been here for 3 years and have recently got a new job in London which is the only reason why I'm moving really..

The house is old-ish, not overly modern but for what you pay per month and what you get is a real bargain.

Broadband, washing machine, tumble drier, heating on all year round.. The landlord lives here too although he's very private and keeps to himself a lot. Otherwise it's only girls that live in this house and the landlord prefers it that way.

If you are a single girl (aka won't have your boyfriend over every night/making noise/living with you) then please do get in touch. This room is guaranteed to go fast!

As a side-note, I commute to London every day so will only be able to show those interested the room after 8pm. Working throughout the weekend means I won't be around then either. But send me a text or give me a call and we'll arrange a mutually convenient time.
