A lovely double room in a shared student house with 4 other people who 3 are third year students and one in full time work. the room is a double bedroom on the second floor of the house, with a wardrobe and desk. the house is 5 bedrooms with lounge/kitchen area, bathroom with shower and seperate toilet, and small garden. the house mates are lovely, friendly and easy going. the rent is £420 a month and £32 a month for bills, which includes gas, electricity, water, virgin tv and wifi internet. . the room is available now till the 9th august when the contract ends. the house is in the middle of brighton just off the lewes road with parking on the streets which is non-permit.
