Furnished double room in a 3 bedroom non-smoking houseshare for a clean, friendly and considerate professional.

The room is in great condition, located at the back of the house with an amazing view, and comes fully furnished including a double bed. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures! You'll be sharing a lovely kitchen and a freshly repainted bathroom with both shower and bath. Please note we don't have an *official* living room but we do have a comfy sofa and a dining table out on the landing :)

Your new housemates are creative, friendly young professionals - 1 male 1 female (not a couple!). We like to work hard in the week and chill at the weekend, so this isn't a 'party house' but we do like to share the occasional cup of tea/glass of wine/slice of pizza...

We're looking for someone who would like to move in on 31st May/1st June.

Essential stuff:
Rent: £400 p/m
Bills: up to £80/90 p/m, but usually less than this
Deposit: 1 months rent in advance (£400) + £200 retainer fee to ensure you stay for the minimum 6 month contract – all returnable at the end of the tenancy

You MUST be in full time permanent employment and be able to provide a reference from your employer.

Lovely private landlady who is keen to keep the place looked after and provides full contract etc.
