I have a large double room to let in 3 bed house. To share house with 2 women and 3 cats. The room is large with good views and has a lot of storage. Use of all shared living areas. There is a good sized garden and free street parking with no restrictions. The house is near to the universities and close enough to walk into the town centre, also good bus links.
We are a friendly, easy going household, enjoying a chat over glass of wine or cuppa but also respect each others own space. Would suit female older student or professional.
