Furnished Double Room - Mon to Fri Rental Only

Hello I'm Kate and I'm renting my room Mon to Fri. The rooms available from May 5th til mid August. I'm away with work during the week, back at weekend so there's no option for sunday night or weekend stays I'm afraid.

The furnished bedroom comes with a super comfy memory foam double bed.

The first floor 2 bedroom flat is located in 7 dials, 10/15 minutes walk from the main railway station, Brighton city centre, the seafront and the Laines.

- The kitchen is another light room, with beautiful evening sunlight. It well equipped with all mod cons dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating. But no microwave.

- The small white bathroom has shower & bathtub

- The flat has Virgin TV, fast wi-fi, washing machine & dishwasher.

The flat is located on Buxton Road a quiet tree lined residential street in the 7 dials / Porthall area of Brighton. Its a 10-15minute walk from Brighton Station or a short £5 taxi ride. There's a corner shop & decent gastro pub at the end of Buxton Road. And plenty of shops (co-op, green grocer & health foods, pharmacy ,deli, hardware store) and amenities (ATM, post office, restaurants, more pubs) less than 5 minutes away near the 7 dials round about. Oh and a great coffee shop called Small Batch too.

I'm willing to discuss a short term let If you're in between places and need some where for a couple of weeks
