We are seeking a goodhearted woman to join our happy house-share. Our cosy but lovely loft room available is part-furnished with essentials such as a good double bed and has lovely views over the back garden and Brighton. It also boasts a greater sense of privacy. We are very well Situated off Ditchling Rd, just minutes from London Rd Rail Station, the Laines and Lewes Rd. We are not a student party house and we are looking for a housemate who is conscientious and who like us is independent, professional and respectful of others personal space and peace. We both work full time - me as HE teacher and my flatmate is a support worker. We both socially smoke and eat meat on occasion but considerately and have lived with non-smokers, vegetarians and vegans previously. Rent includes all bills. Facilities incl. broadband, large bathroom w bath n separate shower, equipped kitchen, living room and an attractive peaceful garden with outdoor seating/ dining area. We have 1 charismatic cat who is always hungry but well tamed and highly amusing! We are seeking a laid-back, good soul who works, has a GSOH, likes cats and can clean without prompting.
