Double bedroom to rent in 2 bed central flat

Hello, my name is Simeran and I am looking for a female housemate to share my 2 bed flat with! My flat is on Norfolk square in Brighton, an amazing Central location, and the room is a modest-sized double. The flat has a lovely, bright living room and separate newly fitted kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The flat is furnished, and all kitchen stuff provided.

I really want to live with someone who is a friend and not just a housemate! I am a 29 year old teacher and I work in a local sixth form college. I generally like having quiet nights in the week with a glass of wine or two, often have friends round for dinner, and love going out and having fun on the weekends in Brighton :) If you think we would get along then please get in touch and we can meet up.

The rent will be £500 PCM and bills will be on top of this. They usually come to around £100 per month. It will be a smoke-free flat and unfortunately there is limited on-street permit only parking, so probably not ideal unless you already have a permit. You will need to pay a month's rent in advance and the deposit is also a months rent...but no agency fees which is always a bonus! The room will be available 1st Oct. Look forward to hearing from you.
