Flatmate sought for a large double room in a three bedroom Victorian home with a small garden. The house is located on the hill between Hanover and Kemptown. You can walk to Brighton station in about 15 minutes. Nearest buses stop is on Eastern Road.

The room is 160sqft, light and comfortable with two built in closets, a wooden floor and curtains.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons, including dishwasher. There’s a double bath & shower, dining room, lounge with modern AV equipment, and a second sunroom, dining area leading to the garden. There is plenty of on street parking available.

Council tax, water, gas and electric, Wireless broadband, Virgin Tivo is included in the rent. Also included is a house cleaner who normally comes once a week.

The other occupant is a professional female. She has a good sense of humour, is easy going, tidy and loves to cook. There are two cats. They are very sweet and endearing. The home is friendly and easy going. Chilled, not a party house, spontaneous shared drinks and/or dinners are known to happen. Female preferred.
