Lovely 4 bedroom terrace house very spacious and recently refurbished, with a nice garden and a wooden shed, perfect to store bicycles. Great location very close to Preston Park railway station, near to bus stop and just off Dyke Road with easy access to the A23 and A27. We also have free parking. Down the road there is a post office, a coffee shop, a general store, a doctor surgery, Tesco express, off license, chemist, etc

We are currently 3 people living in the house (2 men and a woman), professionals in their late 20s and 30s and we are friendly, tidy and easy going, we are looking for a similar person. There is also a nice cat loved by everyone in the house. One of us is leaving so we have a furnished single room overlooking the garden available.

The house benefits from a large living room and a big fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, plenty of storage), Wi-Fi and Virgin TV.

Smoking in the garden is okay.
