It is the biggest room in the property with plenty of sunlight too! Sharing with four other occupants at the moment. There's a kitchen with a living room area whilst around the corner, a washing machine and dry tumbler are provided conveniently.

The location isn't too far from the city center, roughly a 5 min walk to the nearest bus station to take the no. 50 bus to town which takes approximately only 10 mins more or less. However, might be more of a an inconvenience for students taking the no. 25 route buses to universities requires a 10 min walk to lewes road. Sainsbury and other small convenient shops are located nearby as well.

General bills are shared amongst occupants which also include broadband wifi in the house. A local fish & chips store can be found down the street around the corner, alongside with other pubs.

A single bath room with nice constant hot water flow. Central heating. 420 pcm.
