I am renting this double side room, in a 4 bedroom student house.
This is a Student house near The Level and close walking distance to the Brighton Lanes/Centre & Brighton railway station.
The room is fairly big, with full use of shared kitchen & washing appliances. We are all music students, so the applicant must be comfortable with possible noise from 11am-3pm, also comfortable with smokers within the house.
The rent of £444 per month not including bills
