Beautiful, bright and airy loft room (double, en-suite) to rent to mature working female or foreign student. Minimum stay is 3 months. Room is in family home with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Family living areas for family only. Have been renting room for 18 months on and off and all past lodgers have enjoyed living here! We have a 3 year old so you must be child friendly. You must be working or in full time education. References will be required. No couples please and no overnight guests will be permitted unless previously agreed. On 81 and 23 bus route. 15 mins walk to town centre, 20 mins to Brighton Station. Price is inclusive of all bills and is non-negotiable. 2 weeks deposit will be required.
