Double room in two bedroom, garden flat.

Hi,

I'm Kimberley and I have a double room available in a lovely two bedroom, garden flat in central Brighton. The flat is on Ditchling Rise, one minute to London Road Station.

The room is available on 15/05/2014 but could be made earlier.

The flat has a new bathroom (bath with a very strong shower fitted over) and kitchen, with washing machine, cooker and fridge. It has recently been re carpeted and painted throughout (6 months ago).The bedroom has storage and original sash windows and is available unfurnished.

The living room is large and has patio doors which lead out into the garden.

The garden is a patio space with a large shed and a raised bed which I am planning on transforming this summer :/ .

The rent is £500 a month not including bills. I have the usual bills, gas, electric, water, internet etc.

So a bit about me. I am 28 and I work as a children's social worker (we aren’t all bad!). I am up really early in the week for work so I keep the evenings pretty chilled. I like being out and about at the weekend seeing friends, cinema, gigs, pub, food. I enjoy knitting (slowly), baking (badly), yoga, meditation, reading and music. I am a vegan and live with my lovely dog and two cats who aside from all of my exciting hobbies’, are my main source of entertainment ;). I am friendly and socialable but I like my own space too and won't be living in your pocket. I keep things clean and tidy and can't really be doing with lots of mess or dirt.

The landlord is a really reasonable guy who has always responded quickly to me (though I havn't really had any problems). There are no agency fees as its a private landlard, just one month rent deposit and usual checks.
