Self contained studio flat with own entrance

A lovely furnished 22ft triple aspect annex with a kitchen area and en-suite toilet and shower room,. The studio is on the ground floor and has its own entrance.

The annex has leafy green views and solid wood floors and is in the pretty Surrenden area of Brighton. 10 minutes walk to Preston Park train station and two minutes walk to nearest bus stop.. Ample on road parking subject to 2 hour exclusions daily, off road parking could be possible if necessary.

The annex is part of our family house ( 2 adults plus grown up children who visit regularly). and we are looking for a busy professional person who works mostly away from the house during the day. We also have lovely cat but he won’t have access to your space and will only interact with you if you want him to!

We have previously let the annex on a Monday to Friday let but there is some room for flexibility. However, please be aware that there is no washing machine so access to one in another house (or a laundrette) would be necessary.

The annex includes a new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfy chair, coffee table and a cute breakfast bar. with storage . Additional furniture can be supplied if required.

All bills are included and there is a Netflix account.
