I'm renting out my room from the end of May until the start of August as I will be away - dates are flexible.
The house is in a central Brighton location, close to the shops, park and beach (and transport links). Rent is £400 per month, bills included, and you would be living with my two lovely housemates, who are in their early twenties. It's a nice house, the room is fairly small but definitely cosy and comfortable.
