Gay Friendly,DBL Room, All Bills Incl,Preston Park

I have a Double room available in a Gay friendly house share.
It's a 4 bedroom house with a Living room, Kitchen, downstairs Toilet and upstairs Bathroom (with bath and shower).

Bus stop is about 2 minute walk from the house. 5B route OR 26/46. Although it only takes about 20-25 mins to walk to Churchill Square. There are a good variety of shops at the bottom of the road, a Doctors close by and of course Preston Park itself is about a 5 minute walk maximum.
There are 4 other occupants (4 Gay men) in the property and a Dog. Tora is a trained 3yo Staffie, who rarely barks (if ever), She stays in her bed/crate when owners not home and is a very funny, lovable, cuddly doggy.

We are a working professional house and all are pretty relaxed and considerate of others.
There is a cleaning rota (meaning you have to clean just once every 5 weeks :D ) and just general cleanliness expected!

Unfortunately we cannot accept Pets or Dss. Sorry!
