Likeminded housemates wanted for Hanover share

We have two rooms available in a friendly house share. The house is in a great location between Queen's Park and Elm Grove, about a 10 minute walk (or 5 minutes on the bus) to the centre of town.

Both rooms are a good size, one is a slightly bigger ground floor front room with bay windows and the other is slightly smaller but would still fit a double bed comfortably and gets a lovely sunset view in the evenings. The house has a good sized kitchen/dining area, living room as well as a small garden. Even though the surrounding area is pretty buzzy, the house is usually quiet, being a little way from the road.

There are 3 of us living here and 2 of us are pretty new to the house as well. As a bunch we're friendly, creative and are looking forward to enjoying having a few BBQs and beers in our garden throughout summer, although we do all work full time so the house is pretty chilled mid week. We are all fully fledged adults who like to keep the place looking clean and homely. A couple of us do smoke, but only outside. The living area of the house is a little on the empty side at the moment but were trying our best to spruce things up a bit with the odd bit of gardening and searching for decent second hand furniture, someone who is willing to get involved and see this as longer term thing would be great.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is in their mid to late twenties or early thirties, professional, sociable and considerately clean. Males and females, no couples and students only if you are willing to split council tax with us.

The room is available anytime from 4th May and rent is 400 per month + bills which come to roughly £70 per month. To move in, the deposit is £600, plus £220 agency fees. (sorry!) You would be signing onto the current lease which runs until September, but can be renewed after that.

Oh and we also have a very affectionate kitten!
