my room is the third from last picture (one of the smaller rooms with the window in the middle)

I would say all pictures are fairly accurate apart from the lounge - it now has a more modern table in and a better storage unit.

deposit £539, house is in good condition (as you will see), Id expect you would get that back with no problem.

as for location it honestly is perfect - three minute walk to big sainsburys - and other food takeaways and small shops. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (literally) - lewes road bus garage stop if you wanted to look up any info. Buses come extremely regularly I normally take the 25 as its the university bus which comes every 5-10 minutes although if you buy a month bus pass (£110) you can hop on any bus!!!
