Two house mates looking for a 3rd
We are currently 2 guys and a girl living in a 3 bed house in Hanover but are having to move due to the house being sold. The lure of London and a new job now means we are on the search for a new housemate.
We have found a nice large house near the Duke of York cinema on Yardley Street with 3 bedrooms. It is a 5 minute walk to the lanes, 10 minutes to Brighton station and about two minutes to London Road Station. The house is spread over 3 floors and has a large sunny garden.
The tenancy agreement starts on the 12th May and therefore we would ideally like to fill the spot before then as it would make life a lot easier.
We have all the house furniture needed, sofas, dining table, TV, broadband, Virgin TV etc so you would only need stuff for the 3rd bedroom which is a double.
We both work near Gatwick, working a standard 9-5pm Monday till Friday. We have good jobs but still enjoy regular nights out. We are tidy, respectful, professional and good fun.
The rent works out at around £415 per month and we expect the bills to be no more than an additional £100.
Not sure how all this works but if this sounds good to you we would be happy to meet for a drink one evening this week, or meet round our current house, so you can see how we live and meet our current house mate for a good reference .
