Hanover House Double Room - Near Station - No Fees

Hello,

I'm looking for other (pref. female) professionals of a similar age (I'm 29) to share my house in the lovely Hanover. The room is double sized, is unfurnished and has a great view over Brighton!

The house has 2 bedrooms (both upstairs) and a further room downstairs which can be used as a spare bedroom (great for having people to stay!).

There is a nice living room, basement level kitchen and bathroom with bath and a small back garden/patio. As there is a spare room there is plenty of storage space.

Free parking is available on street, although it does get quite busy in the evenings!

RENT: £540 plus bills - £750 for a couple.

The landlord does require that you earn 2. 5 x your share of the rent, so £16500 a year before tax (this is equivalent to £1400/month before tax) Sorry, but the landlord will not accept anyone self-employed.

Unfortunately the landlord also won't accept any pets. As I need someone to share the council tax, the house is not suitable for a student.

About me: I like all the usual things: friends, tea, wine, cinema, the odd gig. I occasionally bake, sometimes successfully. I am an academic at Sussex uni, I generally work 9-5ish, so tend to keep things fairly quiet during the week. I'm veggie (doesn't matter if you are not, but someone who enjoys cooking/ eating veggie food would be a bonus!)

The house is perfect for someone who would like a housemate around for a coffee and a chat but would prefer not to share with too many people.
