Lovely room in shared house - seven dials

I will be leaving my beautiful little bedroom to study in Eastbourne and I am looking for someone who is looking to live with lovely people in a nice home.

I currently live with 2 guys and a girl, we are all working professionals in our early thirties, it is a sociable and friendly house where everyone is also very independent.

The room is a cosy double, on it's own little landing so it feels very private. The house has a large bathroom, massive lounge, utility room, double kitchen and a garden. It's on a beautiful street in Westhill, two minutes from Brighton station and ten minute walk from the beach.

There is plenty of space and we like to keep things fairly clean and tidy - the room is £390 a month but will go up to £417. 50 when we renew our contracts in November plus bills which are around £100. There maybe some agency fees involved to get you on the contract which is rolling.

We are looking for someone who is fairly relaxed - in their late twenties to late 30's and preferably a working professional. Oh yes and a woman to keep the gender balance!
