Room in friendly house sharing with 5 others including owners. We're looking for someone bright, sociable and domestically literate (i. e you do your washing up!), 20- 30 age group, slight preference for a woman, to join a friendly household. Rent includes all bills - heating , lighting, council tax, wireless broadband, use of washing machine etc. Shared kitchen, 1. 5 bathrooms (one with shower and bath), garden and cat. Easy access to Brighton town centre (buses every 10 mins, 15 min bus ride or possible to walk- 35 mins) and universities (2 mins walk to station, 4 mins on train to Falmer station at University of Sussex) and easy parking.
