I have a large double room in a non-smoking 3 bedroom semi detached house in Portslade for rent.

The room has a king sized bed (old bed in photo recently changed to wooden king size), a sofa, triple wardrobe, flat screen TV, large mirror and sets of drawers.

The house has one bathroom which is next to this room but will be shared with me. Large lounge/diner and small kitchen.

Free on street parking and bicycle storage in a large shed in the garden. Front and back gardens; back garden has a patio.

Close to regular bus service into the center of Brighton and close to the Downs. 20-25 minute walk from Portslade station and the beach.

I am looking for someone in employment who is relatively chilled out but sociable. I do have the odd party, although not very often and have friends over regularly. I work part-time so spend some time at home during the week.

Rent for this room will be £500 per calendar month. Plus £500 deposit, returned at end of tenancy as per tenancy contract.

PLEASE NOTE. - My house is for sale so if a buyer is found then you would need to vacate. However this will take a minimum of 2 months or the house may not sell yet and the room would be available all. the time. The house remains unsold.
