Hi, I'm Caroline. I have a double room available from the end of July. Central Brighton- 5-10 minutes from the station and North Laine. Very spacious flat- we have a particularly massive living room! Rent is £380 pcm, plus bills it would come to £540 maximum, although I'm looking to get a couple of those lowered! As for me, I'm 30 years old and a recently qualified nurse. Like to socialise- (flat is particularly convenient for several lovely pubs), as well as enjoy the great bits of Brighton that are on the doorstep, such as the beach and Preston Park!
