A good sized double room available in a shared non-smoking household. The room comes with all wooden furniture: bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers plus one small set of drawers.

The flat is in a fantastic location on Davigdor Road just off Seven Dials, which is 10 mins walk to Brighton mainline station or 15 mins walk into Brighton city centre or the beach. Seven Dials shopping area is less than 4 mins walk away and has restaurants / bars / shops.

To live with 3 other women including live-in owner and three outdoor rabbits. We are currently Amanda and Bex, and Daniela (ages 28-42).

We are a friendly household who all work different hours and shift patterns and we enjoy chilled out time in the evenings after work and at weekends with a glass of wine! We are looking for a professional female, must be gay-friendly. We are a group of professional women who all enjoy having the flat as a home and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

All bills are included: gas, electric, water, internet, council tax, TV license, although does not include phone-line (no landline phone in house) or consumables (eg. toilet roll, washing up liquid etc). The house has washing machine and tumble dryer. The communal areas include a big living room, separate kitchen and bathroom with a shower wet-room attached!

We value living in a clean and tidy environment and would need anyone moving in to want to be a part of that.
