Large room available in beautiful regency home located in central Brighton. The house is on Upper North Street, just across the road from St Mary Magdalen Church. The town centre is a few feet away and the the beach and train station are within 5 and 10 minutes walk respectively.

The room has been freshly redecorated and includes double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also Sky HD in the room with all channels + movies & broadband are provided at no additional cost.

The house is large with four bedrooms, front and rear garden, lounge, dining room, bathroom and large kitchen diner. Owner occupants are a professional gay couple both aged 31 and a friendly cat called Ronnie.

We’re seeking a professional non smoker who is social, tidy and respectful of our home.

Includes all bills.

One months deposit + rent payable by standing order, monthly in advance.

Room is available immediately however we’re in no hurry to full as keen to get right person.
