The house is situated very close to Churchill Square. You would be living with 2 friendly sociable people and we are looking for similar people who want to live in a friendly and occasionally lively house.
There is a wet room with a free-standing bath in addition to the shower, there are two toilets. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine. There is modern kitchen/dining with dishwasher and all expected amenities. The property also has garden that catches the sun, great for BBQ’s.

Bills come to £120 a month and includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband and TV package.

Rent is £500 per month and the move in date is the 24th of August but you will need to act fast if your interested as the agency we are with have requested that the necessary documents be submitted by the 1st of August.
