I'm renting my room for 3 months in September. The flat is exactly opposite St Peter's Church and is a 10 minute walk from the train station. There are bus routes opposite the building and it is also a 10/15 minute walk to the seafront and the city centre.
Housemates are very friendly, sociable and easy going however work long hours so may not be in the house all the time.
