Double room in central Brighton house

Spare room to rent in the Round Hill Conservation area. Fairly central, it's a 10-15 minute walk into town and a 2 minute walk from London Road station. There's also loads of nice pubs and restaurants close at hand.
We are a couple in our late 20s/early 30s, who work during the week though are about most evenings and weekends. We've got a very friendly pet cat called Alf.
The room is a small double with built in storage and a view over the garden. There's plenty of room in the loft if you have items you would like to store. Let unfurnished, though we could potentially arrange furniture if needed.
The house has fibre optic broadband, hifi, games console etc. Bills include a cleaner who visits weekly.
We would like to find an easy going professional/mature student in their 20s/30s. Non-smokers only please.
