One flatmate wanted for a friendly household

A professional housemate wanted for a friendly house share, in a five bedroom house. We are laid back and friendly and want someone that will be a good fit. We are a quiet house in the week but like to socialise at the weekend.

The house mate must be clean and considerate. We will have a cleaner coming once every two weeks but general cleaning must be kept up to a good standard.

The available rooms is a light double furnished room. It is available from the 1st of September and has a balcony.

There is also a really nice and spacious communal kitchen and sitting room.

We are looking for a professional person who is at least 25 years old.

The house is located near fiveways, which has lots of local amenities and is a ten minute walk from London Road station. Parking permits are available and there is no waiting list. We have also not struggled to find any parking =)

We are looking for girls only at this time. If interested please reply with some info (Age, profession, interests, etc)
We will be having open viewings in the next few days and this will give an opportunity to meet other tenants.
