This Large single room is in a 7 bed room house. All the room mates are like minded relaxed and very friendly (2 english girls, 1 chinesse girl, 1 us american girl and 1 Spanish boy).
We have 2 bathrooms ,with 2 shower. The kitchen is large and spacious and is fully furnished. We have all kitchen necessities from microwave to washing machine etc. There is a large dining room table also. For socialising and hanging out there is conservatory with 2 leather couches and 1 single seater. We have WI-FI, so fast.
There is a Decent sized back garden which is great for BBQs, socialising and storing Bikes.
The house is in 35 Sutherland Road, next to "The Round George", next to Queens Park, and 4 minutes from the beach.
