The house is in a great location by the Pier just off the seafront in Kemp Town, with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep and only three minutes’ walk from the town centre.
I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, financially reliable, and reasonably quiet. No couples or sharers, sorry. Professionals preferred, non-working students would need to pay three months' rent in advance.
