Sociable house, chilled in the week as we all work 9-5 Mon - Fri.
Available from 8th October but possibly 29th September dependant on current housemate's leaving date.
Bills approx £1 pppm-inc council tax/water/internet/gas/electri c/home insurance.
We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and a gardener once a month.
