Quiet city centre house, for happy people

Hi.

Please read the prefrences I have set as the room is for females preferred this time round, sorry chaps..

I have a really nice tidy double furnished room in the house: all the bills are included including wifi. There is a TV point and TV Included

We live in an Area called Hanover, which has a great community feel and some great pubs to go too. You can get to town in 10 mins and the same for Brighton train station, so would be perfect for a commuter,

A little about me; I am 42 years old (a young one that is) am a dad with a son of 19 years old, he is a good lad and he has a fun outlook on life. I work hard but do love to go to the local on a Friday and also like the odd bottle of wine or 2 at the weekends.

We are jolly people so you would need to be the same.

As I said above I work hard so a working person or someone who is in full time education would suit the house best. We do have a cat so if you have allergies it probably won't work
