Double room from 5th of December
Hi, I'm looking for a new housemate to share my period featured home, available from December 5th. I live just off the Lewes Rd near Hanover, so very central, 10 mins walk from the seafront. It is a spacious home with a separate lounge and kitchen and a huge newly fitted bathroom with separate toilet.
The room for rent is sparsely furnished with a double bed and new orthopaedic mattress, period chest of drawers and shelving, so you can furnish/decorate to your own taste.
Must be cat friendly! Sociable but also independent, willing to share meals on occasion and be happy to share responsibility of household chores. A love of cooking and wine a bonus, if you not a cook, I love to cook as long as you provide the wine! Or vice versa!
I want someone to share my home not to use as a B&B! Just the normal house sharing etiquette really, although from experience, these obvious requirements are not for everyone.
It is essential for us to get on as there will be just the two of us and Millie the cat, so if you like the property and can see yourself happy in my home, we should meet for a drink and "get to know" chat.
