Spacious Bright Flat near West Pier

My flatmate is leaving our flat at the end of the tenancy(28/11/14), however I would love to keep the property on if possible. It's not the cheapest but the quality is far higher than most places I'v found in Brighton, hence why I think it is worth hanging on to.
It is a really light, spacious and airy flat in a great location. There are three small balconies and it is in front of the the beach. It is semi-furnished.
The living room is pretty large. I currently have a pool table which my tortoise lives under, but there is space for sofas and TV etc too. The kitchen is decent with space for a dining table.
Your room would be a large double with a huge window and en-suit including shower/bath.
There is one parking space for the flat, which I need in order get work most week-days. I am offering the largest room (with the en-suite) as a trade off for the more regular use of the parking space. If you want the space at weekends, or on other occasions, that is fine via prior arrangement.
