Double room in flat share, with parking and garden

I live in a two bedroom ground floor flat (converted house) and am looking for a flatmate.

The flat is 2-3 minutes walk from Fishersgate train station, and has a front and back garden. I don't have a car so you'll have full use of the drive.

I have a dog and humans are his most favourite thing in the world. He is a big-ish dog, not a yappy object, and he is very well looked after: walked twice a day and receives plenty of love. You will most likely be covered in him at some point so if you’re not a fan of dogs you might want to skip this one.

About me.... I work full time and am incredibly boring during the week. I work with teenagers so hangovers on a school day aren't really an option. I have travelled a lot but am now settling in the area long term. I'm easy going and love to have a bit of banter. I would like to live with someone that goes beyond the awkward "hi, how are you?" exchange in the kitchen.

You will have the run of the place as I am looking for someone to treat the flat as their home. Putting up shelves, sticking stuff on walls, etc are not a problem. I am a pretty laid back person so long as you don't leave your pants on the bathroom floor and are generally respectful. If you smoke it's not a problem so long as you smoke outside (the kitchen doors open out into the back garden).

What I am looking for: Someone of similar age so we are on the same wavelength; Someone who is dog friendly; Someone who can clean up after themselves without the need to be reminded; or Tom Hardy (just in case - you never know).
