I am opening my castle to share with another, in a rare opportunity to rent a room in a new flat. So many places are falling apart, cramped and mouldy. I am confident that my home is so much better than the average available on the market.
My ideal lodger would be a tidy non-smoking professional, that doesn't often drink or play video games.
Interviews, deposit of two months rent and references will be required.
