I'm going to be moving into a property on/around the 1st of December, my friends previously occupied the property.
I'm hoping to take over the tenancy, it is an amazing seafront 2 bed apartment, over 3 floors.
So there will be one bedroom available.

First floor - Toilet/shower
Second floor - Double bedroom and kitchen.
Third floor - Double bedroom, toilet/shower and lounge.
There is also attic space above that.

The property is located on the seafront near middle street.
It is £500pcm for rent the rooms are of a very decent size.
Both rooms have bay windows and a great seaview, the best you can have you're right on the seafront.

But the lounge on the top floor could be used as a bedroom if you would like a quieter room at the back of the apartment.

A bit about me, I'm a 21 year old professional who works in the lanes, I work in I. T and moved down to Brighton because I love it down here. Massively into music.

Would love for someone to move in who would be up for going on the odd night out, hanging out etc.
