6 month rent in an amazing 2 bedroom house

This is a two bedroom maisonette just of Lewes road. The house is big with a separate bathroom and toilet, spacious kitchen, lounge and two bedrooms upstairs.

I found this place and I loved it, however due to a family member becoming ill I have to leave.

The house is on the 25/23 route and less than 10 minutes on the bus from both universities. The guy you're living with is a 22 year old third year student who is very considerate and easy to get on with. The rent is £413pm with around £45 for bills including high speed Wifi. No council tax for students of course.

The rent is paid six months in advance and will need to be signed on the 23rd of this month. The referencing free is £252 and covers all estate agent fees, your deposit will be £619.

You are welcome to view the house any time, when me or Jonathan are available, I still commute from University so I am down some days of the week and when Jonathan isn't on placement he can show you round.

The lounge downstairs can be a bedroom, this is the one I took. It's extremely big, I was able to fit in a double bed, desk, 4 door wardrobe and have plenty of room. The upstairs is slightly smaller but still a double bed, it is completely your choice which one you have!

Please get in contact ASAP as the referencing fee is to be done ahead of the rent being paid. The contract is for 6 months and can be renewed as many times as you wish to stay there.
